The Role

Over the past decade we’ve built a deep understanding of how to turn organisations from data overloaded to data powered. Last year, we launched Architect: a low code experience that enables admin users to orchestrate and optimise work across their entire organisation.

We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the evolution of Architect from an internal tool used by our implementation team to a best in class low code platform encompassing cutting edge technology and the highest design standards.

What You’ll Do

• Own the roadmap for Architect, ensuring it aligns with both company OKRs and user needs
• Define and own what success looks like for Architect
• Drive product innovation in your area, utilise Machine Learning and Generative AI to simplify the user experience
• Work closely with our customer and implementation team to develop a deep understanding of opportunities
• Translate opportunities into clear functional requirements
• Collaborate with our talented engineers, data scientists PMs, business analysts and designers to bring requirements to life, prioritizing the highest-impact features and incorporating user feedback to deliver the best solution
• Own and deliver the product lifecycle from discovery to execution ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience working with complex, data-focused products

✅ Exceptional problem-solving skills with a structured approach to breaking down complexity

✅ Experience working in building Enterprise SaaS products with competing requirements and timelines

✅ Proven ability to collaborate with design and technical (data science, engineering) teams to ship great products

✅ Strong technical understanding, experience integrating AI/ML into a product is desirable

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating with ambiguity and able to take initiative

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Comfortable using similar tooling as our internal tech stack (Jira, Figma)
